Terri Ann Treadway, age 61 of St. Anthony, passed away on August 21, 2024, in St. Anthony, Idaho. Born on February 12, 1963, in Kirkwood, Missouri, she was the daughter of Robert P. Brownell and Eleanor M. (Beaumont) Brownell.

After moving from Missouri to Idaho in the early 80s, Terri worked as a line cook and chef, preparing many meals for many folks; including such local staples, the Silver Horseshoe, the Relay Station and Chiz's restaraunt. In her later years, she dedicated herself to being a caregiver for her family. She enjoyed family get-togethers and barbecues, antique shopping, vacations and getaways, and cherished her privacy and a simple life. Her family and loved ones were paramount to her.

Terri was a strong, smart woman and a fierce mother. She suffered no fools but had warmth and empathy for others. She was viciously honest and as loyal as they come. A truer, more down-to-earth human being, there is not.

"Birth is nothing but Death begun, so hear my prayer.
Death is speechless, so hear my speech.
This is my mother, who served her family and friends. Say true.
May the arms of God raise her from the darkness of this earth. Say please.
If she is thirsty, give her water in the clearing.
If she is hungry, give her food in the clearing.
May her life on this earth and the pain of her passing become as a dream to her waking soul, and let her eyes fall upon every lovely sight;
Let her find the friends that were lost to her, and let every one whose name she calls call hers in return.
This is my mother, who lived honest, loved her own, and died as life would have it.
Each man owes Death. This is my mother. Give her peace."

Terri was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Eleanor Brownell of Chester, Idaho, and siblings Bobby Brownell of St. Louis, Missouri, and Patricia "Patty" Clark of St. Anthony, Idaho. She is survived by her brothers, David Brownell and Jeffrey Brownell of St. Louis, Missouri; her son, Raymond R. Treadway, and wife, Wendy W. Treadway of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her son, Tyler J.W. Lee of St. Anthony, Idaho; two grandchildren, Roland D. Treadway and Aspen R. Treadway of Idaho Falls, Idaho; one great-granddaughter, Lexi R. Eldredge of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and her partner, Troy Y. Lee of St. Anthony, Idaho.

A private memorial service will be held for immediate family.
