Verna Marie Parker, 68, of Rexburg, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Verna was born August 18, 1949 in Price Utah and raised in Wendover Utah. She was the second born of seven children to Doug and Emily Tucker. Her surviving siblings are Earl, Michael, Vicki, Nola, Shirley and Tom.

She married William (Bill) Parker May 1st, 1982 in Wendover Utah. Together they had one daughter. Verna also had 2 children from her prior marriage and Bill had 4 children from prior marriages, bringing their total amount of children to 7.

Verna and Bill lived in Ogden Utah for 16 years and then relocated to Rexburg Idaho in 2005.

She is survived by her husband Bill Parker; her daughter KayeLyn Ashworth and her 2 sons Randy (Dani), Timmy (Amber); her son Doug (Brianna) Ashworth and his 2 sons Zachary (Ashtyn), Preston and her daughter Ann Parker. As well as 2 great granddaughters Timber Lynn and Bentley Mae.

She is also survived by the following step children whom she loved; Dawn Parker, William (Veronica) Parker Jr., Krin Watterson, Leah (Todd) Thayne, 12 grand children and 13 great grand children.

She is preceded in death by her parents Doug and Emily Tucker.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 19th at the Stonebridge LDS Chapel, 475 E 7th N, Rexburg, Idaho. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 noon to 12:50 p.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be at the Ucon cemetery.
