Vicki Rae Young, 66, died Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at her home in Rexburg, Idaho.

In Rexburg, she was born July 24, 1955, to Ronald and Gwenna Young. She grew up and went to school in Rexburg, where she attended school and was part of the drill team at Madison high school.

Vicki was a very talented lady. She loved drawing portraits of other people. She enjoyed gardening, helping her mother quilting, and golfing with her dad until his passing.

Vicki taught third grade at Sugar City Elementary, where all her students loved her. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she served in many different callings.

She is survived by her mother, Gwenna Rae (Robison) Young of Rexburg; brothers, Ron Young, his wife Annette of Rigby, ID, Monte Young, his wife Sandra of Idaho Falls, ID, and numerous nieces and nephews and their children.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg, Idaho. Family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 17 and from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Saturday, December 18 prior to funeral services, both times at Flamm Funeral Home.
