Vinse Kenneth Grover was born on February 17, 1980 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Kevin and Laurie Grover.

Vinse moved around as a child, but his family settled in Clarkston, Wa where he eventually graduated from Charles Francis Adams High School in Clarkston. After high school, Vinse served an LDS mission in the Missouri, St. Louis Mission.

Vinse received his undergraduate degree from University of Utah and graduated from Quinney College of Law at University of Utah. Vinse was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2016. Vinse's dream was to work as defense attorney and realized that dream when he began working for Utah County Public Defenders. Vinse's family was very proud of Vinse and all of his hard work.

Vinse was the oldest of child of Kevin and Laurie. Brother, Keith, sister, Kristin, and brother, Blake joined the family in later years. Vinse loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his extended family on camping trips and challenging them at cards. Vinse loved sports and was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos.

Vinse was preceded in death by his grandfathers Seth DeRoy Grover and Ernest Lamar Davis. He leaves behind his parents, Kevin and Laurie (Clarkston, WA.), Keith Grover (Clarkston), Kristin (Shawno) Horne (Brigham City, UT.), Blake (Kelsey)Grover (Pocatello, ID), Carma Grover (Clarkston), and Janet Davis (Charlo, MT). Vinse, also, leaves his nephews and nieces, aunts and uncles, and his extended family including Cory, Jacqueline, and Harrison.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2018, at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg.  The family will receive friends and family for one hour prior to services.  Burial will be in the Sutton Cemetery.
