Obituary

William Julian Lichtenberg, 67, of Rexburg, died Monday February 11, 2013. He was born June 21, 1945 in Providence, Rhode Island to Norman Stanley and Winifred Mary Lichtenberg.

William served the LDS church as a missionary in the Denver, CO mission from 1965 to 1967.

He was married to Beverly Jane Shaw on December 15, 1967 in the Idaho Falls, ID temple.

He served in the US Army from 1968 to 1972 stationed in Germany.
William loved music, automobiles and computers. He could always be found inside on a keyboard or outside working on a car.

William was always willing to help his neighbor and had the talent to fix anything mechanical.

He is survived and will be greatly missed by his dear wife Beverly, his four daughters LaDawn, Dionne, Debbie and Laura along with 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his only brother Robert.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday February 16, 2013 at the Burton LDS Chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Sugar City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Flamm Funeral Home.
