J. Wynn Anderson, 58, passed away February 27, 2016. He was born August 6, 1957, was raised in Thornton and attended local schools. He graduated from Utah State University with a master's degree in agronomy. He worked for many years in crop insurance as a field supervisor and adjuster. He enjoyed working with friends in the industry and working with farmers.

He is survived by his wife, Arlene and children: Brandon Moores, Jordan (Maureen) Moores, Rosanne Mendonsa (Keith), Emma, Sarah, Paul, James and Laura Anderson, seven grandchildren, brothers Dwight (Pat) Anderson, Kevin (Mala) Anderson, Wade (Vicki) Anderson, sister-in-law Jolene Anderson and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rush and Ramona Anderson and by his older brother Byron Anderson.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 4, at the Plano church 5973 N 5000 W in Rexburg. The family will meet with friends and relatives Thursday evening 6:00-7:30 at the Flamm funeral home at 61 N 1st E in Rexburg and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral at the Plano church. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Henry's Fork Ward missionary fund or a charity of your choice. Interment will be in the Plano Cemetery.
