Zeruah H. Moon, 88, passed away April 2, 2013, at the Homestead Assisted Living Center in Rexburg. Zeruah was born September 29,1924 in Salem, Idaho, to Joseph Francis Belnap
and Mabel Catherine Hirschi. She was the oldest of seven children. Zeruah attended schools in Salem and Sugar City.
Zeruah married Chester Walker Webster on September 1946 in the Cardston Alberta Temple.
They had three children. They were later divorced. On August 12, 1966 Zeruah married Lyle
H. Moon who had five children.
Zeruah was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a member of the Sugar City 3rd Ward. Zeruah served as a assisted secretary in mutual, as church librarian for
Many years. ( Loved that calling as librarian). She loved been a visiting teacher. Zeruah and Lyle served two full time missions. One in Hemet, California and the other in New York.
Zeruah loved crocheting, gardening, reading and genealogy. She loved going to the Rexburg Temple.
Zeruah is survived by her children Cheryl (Kelvin) Caldwell, Chester Roger (Rosie) Webster, Deanna (Don) Audd, Dean (JayAnn) Moon, Judy (Edwin) Rowe, JoAnn King, Rodney (Alice) Moon, and Hal (Sybil) Moon as well as 36 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great- grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Grant (Helen) Belnap, sister Norma (Clyde) Neibaur and sisters-in-law Wanda Lu Belnap, and Leah Moon.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, one sister, three brothers and her husband Lyle.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 13th at the gray LDS Chapel in Sugar City. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at Flamm Funeral Home and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Sugar City Cemetery.
