Our Story

Early Years

Our parents, Edwin and Maurine Smith Flamm, are the inspiration for our personal standards and our work ethic. This picture was taken on their wedding day; January 21, 1936. Dad was a partner with his brothers Russel and Kenneth in the furniture store and mortuary business, known as Flamm and Company, and Mother was a homemaker who raised their five daughters and two sons. They enjoyed life and served others by practicing the "Golden Rule". Funerals are about remembering and honoring important people in our lives. Mom died in 1988 and Dad in 2005. We remember and

 honor them.
